How it works
  • Before any remote support can be carried out , I must have received a security deposit for 2 hours of work in my PayPal account, this is for my own protection.
  • I will carry out the remote support and fix the problem in a timely manor
  • once complete , if the work took less than the allocated 2 hours then I will refund as appropriate , otherwise I will issue a bill for the remainder of the balance due.
